Please note there are minimum night stays in all holiday periods and especially over the Summer Holiday period where we only take 5-7 night minimum stays. We do not accept 1 night stays at anytime.

Upstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living, and dining space. The living room features a cosy electric fireplace for the cooler nights and a split system air-conditioner for the hot summer days. All bedrooms have wall heaters and portable cooling fans.
The kitchen features a mid-size fridge, a Bosch integrated dishwasher, and Bosch electric oven and stovetops.
There is a microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, blender, and all manner of pots, pans, glasses, plates, and kitchen utensils. Everything you need to cook up a great meal.
Adjacent to the living area is a small balcony featuring a breakfast bar perfect for alfresco dining.
The townhouse has 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each bedroom. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with a wardrobe and TV and 2 bedrooms upstairs (one has a wardrobe and one does not).

The downstairs bathroom features a shower over bath, vanity unit with sink and toilet.
The upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet.
There is a small laundry downstairs with a Bosch front loading washing machine and a Bosch heat pump dryer. The laundry also has an iron and ironing board.

Please note- the toilets are on a septic system and must not be filled too much. Please don’t flush anything other than small amounts of toilet paper (no sanitary products/ contraception devices etc.) to avoid blocking the system.
BBQ use- please note that we do provide some gas for the BBQ on the balcony- however, we never know how many BBQs people will have and therefore how much gas will be used per stay. Therefore we can not be sure of the gas bottle levels. If your BBQ gas runs out, please go and fill the gas bottle yourselves and we shall refund you the standard amount for a bottle refill - this refund will be direct to your account and not through Airbnb. Please note the BBQ must be cleaned before departure. Failure to scrub and wipe down the BBQ will incur a $100.00 fee.
Please also note- we have fabulous cleaners however we are down the beach and sand is a constant issue due to the wind blowing it up occasionally.
Also- whilst we clean the windows regularly the salt in the atmosphere and rain can make it hard to keep the windows clean at all times.
Blairgowrie is located on a thin strip of the Mornington Peninsula, facing Port Phillip in the north and Bass Strait in the south, nestled between the popular beach resorts of Rye and Sorrento. Blairgworie is 84 kilometres south of Melbourne.

A compact commercial centre is situated opposite the bay beach, featuring a supermarket, speciality shops, and cafes.

Calm and safe sandy beaches front onto Port Phillip which are popular with swimmers and sunbakers. Also fronting Port Phillip is the extensive Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron boat harbour which is a hive of watercraft activity.

Spectacular walks and scenery can be enjoyed in the Mornington Peninsula National Park which runs along the rugged Bass Strait coastline. There are numerous walking tracks along cliff tops, through sand dunes, and down to the beaches below. Koonya Ocean Beach, at the end of Hughes Road, is the most easily accessible, with a lookout at the car park providing views down to the rocky outcrop of Pelly Point and inland across Blairgowrie towards the bay beach. Other places of interest along this scenic coastline include Bridgewater Bay at the end of St Johns Wood Road, Pearses Beach, and Dimmicks Beach.

Blairgowrie Pier is the most popular shore-dive site for recreational scuba diving inside Port Phillip. It was built as a safe boat harbor and marina by the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron. Blairgowrie Pier is highly regarded for the more than a hundred different species of nudibranch that have been identified there. Each year from May through July thousands of spider crabs migrate along the ocean floor to the cool, shallow waters around Blairgowrie Pier. When the water temperature drops, the spider crabs moult their shells. While their new shells harden, they crowd together for protection from predators like stingrays, seals, and sharks, sometimes forming stacks more than a metre high. You'll also find octopus, cuttlefish, seahorses, boxfish, large stingrays, decorator crabs, stargazers, invertebrates, goatfish, blennies, and a whole lot of colour while diving Blairgowrie Pier.
