The COCKATOO STUDIO is one half of a two bedroom cottage situated at the rear of a beautiful 5 acre country estate. It has a private entrance down a garden path to the side door of the cottage and comes with a kitchen and ensuite bathroom, queen bed and small dining table.
It has wifi and smart TV.
Wifi is Starlink and password is guestguest.
We offer self-checkin.
It's connected to the offer half of the cottage, "The Rose Cottage" through a hall door which is locked, much like a double motel room. It is completely private and sound proof.
Coffee, tea, milk and sugar are provided. There is a microwave, toaster, bar fridge, pod coffee machine, and electric frying pan.

The Hamptons style cottage is situated in the Arcadian district of Sydney, 50 minutes from Sydney CBD, and is considered one of Sydney's finest rural locations. In the village of Galston and the surrounding district, there are approx 8 different cafes and eateries.

Fagan Park is only a few minutes drive away and is ideal as a place to go picnicking. The 40acre park, once a dairy farm and an orchard has been re-designed as a playground for children with sealed paths for bikes and scooters.

The Acadian district is also known for horse riding, water sports and boating at nearby Berowra Waters.

The Barn Cottage is situated at the rear of our property with off-street parking.

Beautiful rural acreages, equestrian facilities, Fagan park for picnicking and bike riding and boating access at Berowra waters.
Golden Ridge Animal Farm is a must-visit for children.

As we are a rural location the only way to our property is with a car.
We are 50 minutes drive from central CBD.

The swimming pool is located near the main residence and usage is limited from 10 am -6 pm.

An absolutely beautiful, magical house, garden and surrounds! Blown away. We just stayed for one night passing by, but could have easily stayed forever. Highly, highly recommend.

The place was absolutely amazing. It was everything we wanted for a getaway. Very private and the garden was incredible.

What a gorgeous cottage! Beautifully furnished & very clean, with everything we needed. Little nooks everywhere on the big verandah to tuck yourself away in a corner and read. Hosts were very hospitab...le and happy for us to wander around their beautiful gardens. We enjoyed a great walk at nearby Fagen Park and delicious lunch at Wildpear Cafe. Highly recommend a relaxing weekend away at Rose Room Cottage.
