Ree was an absolute delight to deal with. The property was beautiful and the house was stunning and clean. Had all of the appliances to make you feel right at home.
We eloped on the property and our photographer also complimented the house and the decor.

Lovely comfortable house to enjoy complete silence and a starry night. We had great fun gathering kindling for a roaring fire in the fireplace on a very chilly night. I would recommend bringing your... own supplies at the beginning and that way you can enjoy the quiet and the property without having to go out for supplies. That’s what we did and it was great. The kitchen has all you need to make delicious simple meals.

Such a stunning location! The bed was super comfortable and warm, and the never-ending view of nature around us made for such a romantic and relaxing getaway. Thank you!

I love good coffee, the first thing I look for in a town I visit is a good cafe. I love the style & feel of luxury hotels, but I miss the space of home when I stay in hotels. Exploring Lake Oberon Dam
We enjoyed walking across the dam wall for panoramic views of the lake and rolling countryside. Shore Access: The public reserve located at the end of Jenolan Street, via Kelly’s Lane (off Edith Rd) and The Reef Road (off Black Springs Rd) are the main access points.

Vulcan Nature Preserve
Just off Shooters Hill Rd, there are multitudes of public access pine forests to explore, known as Vulcan Nature Preserve. Try your hand at some mushrooming when conditions are right, or simply wander the lines of towering pines and experience the eerie silence that is unique to pine forests.
Kanangra Walls Waterfall
Just past the Kanangra Walls lookout you will find a trail that goes down into the valley. At the bottom is a pretty little waterfall - we would have swum if it wasn't so frosty.

The Kanangra Boyd National Park is within the Greater Blue Mountains, characterised by its deep gorges and rugged landscape, a majority of the park is declared wilderness area. The park is popular among outdoor adventures for its many hikes and walking tracks. The park offers stunning views of the sandstone ridges and large water catchments, not to mention the wildlife you will discover.
Mayfield Gardens
Walk around the beautiful Mayfield Garden Centre. The local cafe served locally grown food and the coffee really hit the spot.
