Originally established in 1851 as the very first dwelling on what was then known as "Rosehill Farm", the cottage was built by the early farming family who settled and worked this land. Today, this beautifully restored heritage-listed settlers cottage honors its rich past while offering modern comforts for a truly unique stay.

Positioned at the front of the property which is called "Rose & Barn Homestead", with its own parking, offering a peaceful sense of privacy away from the rest of the estate. (no crossings with other guests or property owner)

• Comfortable Sleeping
Queen-sized bed in a separate bedroom with air conditioning (heating), plus two additional freestanding heaters for cooler nights.

• Entertainment
TV with free-to-air channels, DVD player, and a curated collection of DVDs.

• Kitchen Facilities
A compact setup including fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric espresso machine, crockery, cutlery, and a small electric frypan. Weber BBQ available on the verandah.

A spacious bathroom featuring a vintage claw-foot bath and a large separate shower.

• Indoor & Outdoor Fireplaces
