A beautiful and welcoming home. From the moment we arrived it felt like being at home. The atmosphere was relaxing and calming, making it the perfect place to unwind. Everything was comfortable, well ...presented, and thoughtfully set up to make us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

What a superb place to relax. The little touches and quality in every detail made staying at Gathering Shores an absolute treat. We took up local recommendations like fish and chips down at the pier &... breakfast at Wombat Cafe. Will definitely be back again for the outdoor bath & shower, pillow menu and beautiful beds & linen. 5 star experience!

We had a lovely stay here for one night. We spent a glorious afternoon at the Hot Springs and then came backing to the beautiful Gathering Shores. It was perfect. So clean and so beautifully presented.... Lots of lovely extra touches and all the creature comforts you could ever need. Patricia was so prompt and kind in all her communication. You won't regret staying here!

Here are some details about the adventures nearby. Refer to the map for their location.
Local Produce At Torello Farm
A one-stop shop destination for locally sourced produce, located only a short drive away from the property.
Stand Up Paddle
Learn to stand up paddle in the beautiful Port Phillip Bay. The calm waters make for perfect learning conditions. There are also options to hire a board and head out on your own SUP adventure.
Snorkelling
Port Phillip Bay and Westernport Bay are stunning locations for swimming and snorkelling. Explore the crystal clear waters around the piers and take in the magical underwater sea creatures. During low tide it is also possible to snorkel the rock pools at the back beaches.

Fishing
Fishing off Dromana Pier. We tried our luck with a couple of hand reels from the end of the pier. The fish we ate that night definitely wasn’t bought from the local IGA.
Fish Chips On The Beach In The Car
Ideally, you'd be eating fish and chips on the beach watching the sun go down. However if it decided to rain (which it did, heavy), You can always park up on the beach front and sit in the car and pretend you are on the beach in the sun ha.
Watching Sunset
After a long, rainy day, we watched as the sunset wrapped things up in a dramatic way. It was a memory that will stay with us forever.
