The space
Tucked into the trees on the side of a hill you will be surrounded by nature. Upon arrival you will walk into our large heated/AC garage and rec room complete with washer and dryer and 1/4 bath. A staircase will take you up to the lofted living space. Brand new build finished January 2022 provides you with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings that make 1100 sq feet feel open and spacious. A beautiful gas fireplace invites you in to cozy up with a good book or movie. Sliding doors come off the dining area leading to a large fully covered deck.
-Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms-
3 bedrooms all on the living floor consist of 2 queens and one twin bunk bed. One full bathroom on the main floor with shower/bath combo and plenty of storage for your belongings. Plenty of towels provided as well as a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
-Kitchen/Dining-
The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, crockpot, blender, waffle maker and popcorn maker kernels provided! Don't forget the butter! We have also supplied basic spices, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar and creamers for coffee. Seating for 3 at the peninsula and a small dining table can seat 4 . Just outside on the deck a larger table can sit 6.
-Play-
A 55" smart TV on the living floor with Netflix and Disney Plus. We do not have standard cable or satellite.
We are currently utilizing a hot spot that has been functioning well but do not have cable internet. A max of 5 devices can be connected at one time. We have been able to stream movies without any problem.
We have turned a portion of our garage into a great place for the kids to hang. Downstairs you will find a TV with DVD player and a large selection of DVDs (this TV does not have cable or internet hook up), games, books, cards, Pac-man, mini basketball, foosball and corn hole!
A 6 person hot tub under the deck is available for you to relax in after a long day in the mountains.
-Rules-
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this home.
No unregistered guests without prior approval from hosts.
Firearms are not allowed on the premises.
While we have chosen to rent our home, this is our home. Not a house that we have purchased for rental alone. We want to share with others so please help us in being able to continue to make this happen! This area of Cle Elum consists of mostly full-time residents, not rentals. Respect for neighbors is required. While we’re all about fun, absolutely no parties allowed. This home is non-smoking and sparkling clean.
