Glamping at its finest !!!!!! Come enjoy our Private forest island retreat on our 22 acre working farm . Relax and take in the fresh air without the hassle of having to pack up all your camping equipment. The spacious yurt can accommodate up to 4 people with a queen size bed and a 2 person pull out cot. This private yurt is on a island on our land surrounded by the water and trees. We also have kayak for rental upon request to use at the surrounding lakes and river.

The space
There is a camp stove , charcoal stove , propane fire pit ,utensils lots of extra blankets ( including a 4 season sleeping bag ) . There are not showers available unless you stay longer then 2 days then we can make arrangements at the main house no wifi no electricity but lots of battery lights too use including string lights inside the yurt ..... the over head lights are for events only. There is a porta potty to use up at the parking area . This is still cold camping so please wear warm clothing in the colder months it can get near freezing at nights we are located on goat mountain. This is a self check in property. All of our animals are on the top half of the property and love lots of love !!!! Please make sure to park on the gravel by restrooms.

Other things to note
We live on a running working farm so there may be noise from that ... We do have several farm animals such as two sweet goats sunny and lilly lots of rescue chicken and ducks and lots of sweet little honey bees (we are bee keeper)

We had a lovely time out at Forest Island in Estacada, Oregon. It was a fairy like escape into nature nestled in the tree line of the farms property. In typical PNW fashion it was a very rainy weekend... so we spent a fair amount of time in the yurt or the greenhouses enjoying the many flower and plant varieties. The hosts were also fantastic and filled with information and stories of the property’s history.
