By entering the doorway in the mouth of Magog and descending the winding steps lit by fire lanterns, you will find yourself in an underground world of intrigue and surprises. Detail is everything with coloured lights creating a beautiful patterned glow against the natural stone.

Cool in summer and yet warm in winter, The Cave has magnificent views of the range from its picture windows that have been carved in to the hillside and is ideal for a relaxing or romantic weekend away.

PLEASE NOTE:
* There is no WIFI and phone reception is limited inside the Cave however there is some reception outside the living room and if you need to use wifi please come up to reception.
* If you book as a couple/2 persons this assumes the use of 1 bedroom, if you wish to use both rooms an extra charge of $100 will be added.

The creators of Mira Mira, Nobby and Sheila Ward have been renovating and creating homes in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs for 20 years. 10 years ago they decided to retire and purchased 22 acres of blackberry infested land in Crossover, Victoria. In 2023 new owner Nic Tate began restoring and improving the wonderful cottages that Nobby built and lots of beautiful new things are currently underway.
