The Nook in Tootgarook - Studio with outdoor spa bath & shower

Offering a fully private, self contained guest house, bathroom, kitchen, outdoor spa and shower, caravan as a second bedroom and an outdoor firepit.

Perfect for a couple or two, or a small family and their pet.

Come home and unwind with a glass of wine around the firepit or spa after your day at the beach, Peninsula Hot Springs or the world class wineries the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

As the name suggests, The Nook, is a small studio hidden between two residential properties in Tootgarook. It is completely fenced off, secluded and has it's own entry for you to enjoy your time with some privacy.

When you open the gates of The Nook, you will find a fully equipped, beautifully designed studio. Inside the studio there is a comfy queen sized bed and couch, indoor bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 65" Smart TV which you can watch in bed or on the couch, a dining table which can also be used as desk to work from home and a washing machine.

As you open the double sliding doors of the studio, you will see a decking, outdoor dining, firepit and deck chairs. Enjoy breakfast outside, a cheese platter, drinks or toast some marshmallows in the firepit while you watch the stars at night.

Around the left hand side of the studio, you will see bluestone which leads to a private, intimate hot outdoor shower and spa bath. Enjoy a nice, relaxing or romantic soak under the stars in the hot tub with a glass of wine or beverage of your choice.

Outside the studio you will find a powered, light filled, cute and cozy retro caravan with a double bed as the second bedroom available for an extra cost.

Please note the following:
- Please clean up after your fur babies, we will charge an additional costs to any damages and cleaning required after pets.
- Price is for 2 people for use of the studio only. Use of the caravan will be an additional $25 per person per night.
- Please advise if you would like to use the caravan 48 hours ahead of your stay as the keys will not be left behind and there will be a call out fee of $100.
- Parking is either inside the property or outside on the street.
- We do charge a cleaning fee and the cleaning fee we collect is to cover basic cleaning and linen fees for each booking. Basic cleaning includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom and toilet and making up beds. If further cleaning, rubbish collection, stains removed or property damage or missing then further fees will be requested.
