Sunstone Retreat - Luxury Living w/Mountain Views

Welcome to open concept contemporary living partnered with plenty of private spaces for relaxation. Large kitchen with Jenn-Air appliances, custom teak cabinets, 5'x10' island, granite counter tops and walk-in pantry opens up into the main living room.

Relax in the hot tub, hike out your back door, watch the incredible birdlife, paddle around the pond on our paddleboat, and laugh with friends and family around our propane fire pit on our huge covered patio. Or enjoy one of our two indoor propane fireplaces (instant heat & ambiance!) while curling up to watch a movie or while playing board games, and making memories to last a lifetime.

Upstairs bath has a walk-in double shower, soaking tub, heated towel rack and custom double vanities with quartz counter tops.

Attached 2 car garage is now a game room complete with a 65" TV, ping pong, and foosball table. We also have horseshoes and corn hole - perfect for some family (or friend) fun!

Bonus 320 sq ft insulated solarium w/2400 sq ft adjoining garden area is a perfect place to practice yoga or read a book on the relaxing daybed.

Close enough to Bend for all its amenities (5 min to WholeFoods, Safeway, & Costco) yet far enough away to see deer and other wildlife and hear the coyotes at night, Sunstone High Desert Retreat has it all. Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home and land (10+ acres).

Sleeping arrangements are as follows (always good to know):

Upstairs:
- Master Bedroom has a King Bed and an attached open sitting room. The sitting room has a full daybed with a twin trundle (which can easily be pulled out and moved elsewhere upstairs) and a large 65" cableTV (great for overflow, kids, or for friends who are sharing the house).
- The other Upstairs Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds .

Downstairs:
- Queen bedroom has one Queen Bed (and sliding doors with direct access to the deck).
- Full+Twin Bedroom has one Full Bed and one Twin Bed.
- Main living room has a very comfortable long couch for sleeping. It also has a 65" Cable TV and fireplace.
- Open Den area has a Cable TV and another couch for sleeping.

There is also a DayBed in the solarium perfect for hanging out on.

We have a pack-n-play (located in its box in the Laundry Room) if needed.

House Rules: If you book, you are agreeing to these.

Please be respectful of our house. Please note that many of the rules below were made for the very few who throw a party, are disrespectful, and have extra guests. Most of our guests are wonderful!

No unauthorized guests are allowed on site. Please make sure that your guest # matches the # of people you booked for. If your guest # changes please alter it on the Airbnb app right away. We do not allow large parties on-site, as this is a gorgeous retreat that we have poured our heart into to make it wonderful for you - our guests :-). Please note that violation of our house rules and our house manual rules may result in an extra fee charged by me or by Airbnb, or, if you throw a party and have unauthorized guests or pets, you may be asked to leave at your expense plus extra fees.

Please be EXTRA careful as fire danger is high in Central Oregon - no smoking is allowed (if you do outside please put all butts in the garbage and no ash anywhere - even a small spark can start a wildfire). No fires other than the propane firepit on the deck are allowed. No wood fires ever.

No extra guests who are not registered - we charge double for extra unannounced guests and our maximum # of guests at any time is 14. You must register all guests.

No pets on the property - we charge a large fee and you may be asked to leave if we find you've brought a pet (please don't - thanks so much!).

Please do not book this as a party house. If you want to host an event or a small wedding we are happy to work with you prior to booking.

No smoking and no drugs.

No shoes in the house except in the garage, where we recommend you wear shoes if playing ping pong, etc. That said, please do take care and do not run in or around the house & be extra careful if there is rain, snow, or icy conditions.

Please clean up after yourself when you leave & make sure all dishes are done, trash is out, and beds are stripped - thank you!
