A Weekend in Washington

Catching up with an old friend was made even more special by this tiny A-frame. The unique glamping experience allowed us to create new memories while reminiscing over old ones. Each night spent cooking over the camp stove was memorable, while our early-morning coffee was made even more peaceful by the waking sparrows and foggy skies. During the day, we ventured from our little home base to hike, explore St Helens, and beat the heat with a milkshake (or two). We returned home feeling relaxed and refreshed, full of new memories to reflect on, and excited for our next adventure together!

A quick, 1.4-mile jaunt up the June Lake Trailhead leads hikers to beautiful June Lake at the base of St Helens. Lush forest surrounds the lake, creating the feeling that one has stumbled upon a secret waterfall in the woods.
Burgerville is a PNW staple known for locally sourced ingredients and seasonal favorites. Their milkshakes are top notch, and even feature dairy-free options!
The Nutty Narrows Squirrel Bridge features historical monuments to the town of Longview, WA. It's a functioning suspension bridge designed to help neighboring squirrels travel across the road.
