Glamping Experience on a Retro Bus

One sunny Friday afternoon, some friends and I set off on an adventure to stay in a beautiful retro-converted bus. Along the way, we stopped for some delicious scones and tea at one of my favourite spots, and then went on a little rainforest walk nearby. It was such a beautiful afternoon, and it was made even better after checking in to our gorgeous bus for the next two nights!

We were blown away by how beautiful and well-equipped the bus was, they really did think of everything. We went for a short stroll to a nearby paddock on the property where we fed some very cute sheep - and a baby lamb! The night was spent listening to music and dancing together inside the bus before heading to bed.

Court and I woke up super early the next morning while the boys slept in. We went for a short 20-minute drive to a nearby spot for sunrise, and were blown away by the blanket of clouds beneath us. The sunrise was one of the best I have ever witnessed! We went back to the bus and enjoyed breakfast all together before heading out to do some op-shopping. We ended up finding the best op shop any of us have ever come across and spent at least 2 hours in there, coming out with multiple bags of finds each!

The rest of the day was spent relaxing on the property, walking to a beautiful waterhole, reading and drawing in the sunshine, listening to music, cooking a BBQ dinner and sitting around the fire chatting under a starry sky.

We woke up super early again the next morning because the guys wanted to see the sunrise spot they had missed out on. And luckily, we got yet another beautiful sunrise! We enjoyed some freshly brewed coffee and went back to the bus to pack up, feed some cute alpacas on the property, and say goodbye.

It was such a beautiful, unique experience staying on this bus with my friends. We had everything we could have needed, and the property was so spacious and private, with no one else around. Highly recommend this unique retro bus!

A beautiful, short, dog-friendly walk through a rainforest. The walk took us about 15 minutes to complete however there are longer options for those who want it!

One of our favourite spots! A cute and cozy tearoom set amongst a beautiful garden. This tearoom is run by some really lovely ladies who will bake you the freshest scones around! It is cash only.

A stunning sunrise spot overlooking the surrounding areas. If you go on a foggy morning, chances are you can see a blanket of clouds beneath you as the sun rises over it.
