As soon as we arrived at Rebel Hill Lodge, we knew we were in for a memorable stay! This unique rustic lodge is the perfect country getaway for friends or family, offering an incredible amount of space and everything you could possibly need. With multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and entertainment areas, it was the ideal home base for a fun and relaxing escape.

One of our favourite spots was the shed - the ultimate hangout zone. With its cosy potbelly heater, bar area for mixing drinks, plenty of games, a dance floor, and even karaoke, it quickly became the heart of our stay (and yes, we definitely made the most of the karaoke!). We also loved the huge outdoor fire pit - an amazing place to gather and take in the stunning farmland view (and to even cook dinner on). The beautiful horses in the back paddocks were also a bonus - feeding them with the carrots provided made the experience even more special.

When we weren’t enjoying everything the lodge had to offer, we explored the local area. We sipped amazing cocktails and savoured woodfired pizzas at Hugheys Bar in Leongatha, enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Lamezleighs Coffee House & Eatery in Mirboo North, and wandered through the lush ferns and towering trees of Mount Worth State Park.

Rebel Hill Lodge is a truly gorgeous country escape, perfect for larger groups and all kinds of occasions. With its sweeping farmland views, peaceful setting, and the perfect blend of fun, nature, and relaxation, it’s a place we would happily return to again and again!
