An Escape into Stillness
Adventure in Piedmont, Gippsland, VIC, AU
My stay at the Leo cabin felt like a true escape - completely secluded and surrounded by nature. The kind of place where time just slows down…
I spent my days soaking up the sun and unwinding in the outdoor bath, and my nights by the fire pit under the stars. I loved waking up to the gorgeous golden sun rays in the morning - what a perfect way to start a peaceful day!
The cabin itself was a beautiful blend of modern and cosy. It’s the kind of space you just want to lounge in, read a book, and fully switch off. The little touches - like the soft robes and slippers - made it just so easy to settle in and relax into a slower pace.
During my stay I also decided to take advantage and discover some of the beautiful nature spots in the nearby area. I explored the historic Noojee Trestle Bridge, admired the sweeping views from Apex Lookout, and walked amongst the lush greenery of the Glen Nayook rainforest walk and Toorongo Falls.
I’d recommend cabin Leo to anyone craving a peaceful country escape - somewhere to truly switch off, reset, and reconnect with nature.
