Arriving after a long week in the city, the cabin immediately felt like the perfect place to slow down and settle into the Snowy Mountains. Large windows frame the surrounding landscape while the warm interiors and thoughtful details make it easy to switch off and relax.
Mornings were spent enjoying coffee in bed before exploring Lake Jindabyne, walking the foreshore and taking in the crisp mountain air. We enjoyed breakfast in town, browsed local stores and spent an afternoon at Wildbrumby, enjoying lunch, schnapps and the beautiful sculpture gardens.
Back at the cabin, evenings were all about the outdoor hot tub, watching the sunset, spotting wildlife and gathering around the fire. Peaceful, comfortable and perfectly located, this felt like the ideal alpine escape and a wonderful place to reconnect with nature and slow down for a few days.
