Where the Morning Can Wait

With green paddocks stretching into the distance and an outdoor bath waiting on the deck, Luxe&Ivy made it easy to slow down. Dad and I settled in, enjoying the countryside views from the open living area.

Morning began with sunrise photos and a soak in the outdoor bath, followed by coffee on the balcony. Bacon and eggs on the barbecue and bread all supplied by the hosts, made for an unhurried breakfast.

We explored the Bruthen Walking Trails and Deep Creek Old Bridge, then stopped at Tambo Valley Honey before returning for a platter on the deck and a relaxed evening.

Before heading back to the big smoke, we visited Mitchell River National Park, discovering the Den of Nargun and wandered beside the river. Between peaceful mornings and exploring with Dad, I left feeling refreshed and grateful for time away together.
