Seaside Escape at Kiama

Less than two hours from Sydney there is this charming coastal town Kiama. I’m sure you know it or at least heard of it as it’s famous beaches attract holidaymakers from around the state.

Our stay was at the lovely studio “Shutters by the sea". The studio had everything we needed for a short stay, including breakfast and a beautiful welcome gift in the fridge. The location of the studio was great too - a quiet neighbourhood and right next to the ocean! Who wouldn't love to fall asleep while listening to the wild waves hitting the rocks?

In Kiama we visited both of the Blowholes (The Big and Little one), enjoyed a spectacular coastal walk just before the sunset, explored Minnamurra Rainforest and its waterfalls, had lunch at historic Jamberoo pub, soaked up the views from Saddleback Mountain Lookout, and went for swim and surf at the Farm Beach on the way back to Sydney.

This weekend in Kiama was filled with relaxing activities, it definitely put us in a holiday mood and filled with good energy.
