Hi, I'm Murray & Kathy

My wife and I built our house at Lake Tarawera 2016. Downstairs is fully furnished for our Airbnb guests. I’m retired but involved as a rural fire fighter and the station just happens to be next door on the reserve. My wife is a volunteer Chaplin at Rotorua hospital and runs music and rhymes for children at local community centre and at the Baptist church. We are also involved in our local community as it is a great way to help one another but also get to meet people from all walks of life.

We love hosting and meeting people from around NZ and the world and appreciate it when our visitors treat our home as if it was their own.
