Enjoy learning from Wendy Alford, one of the leading Chocolatier’s in Australia. 15 years ago, Wendy started sharing her passion and joy for chocolate, food, and all things hospitality teaching from her kitchen table. Today, she hosts all her classes in her brand-new (and pretty amazing) Chocolate School and enjoys working with students from all around the world.

Tocumwal Chocolate School offers classes for everyone. For the beginners, or if you are looking to have light-hearted chocolate fun, you can learn about chocolate tempering, and make your own Artisan Chocolate Bar or Chocolate truffle, or get creative by picking toppings, flavours and decorations.
For the more serious chocolate lovers, you can learn how to make ganache and caramel or go straight to spraying shells for Bon Bons.

And for those who prefer not to get messy - a tutored tasting of dark, milk and white chocolate from around the world is the perfect treat (with or without a glass of wine to accompany!)

Whatever class you attend, everything you need will be provided, including a fabulous lunch served on the deck overlooking the flood plains on full day classes. If you have to travel a distance you can become a student in residence and make your time at the school designed for you.
