Together, we are third generation sheep farmers on our Forge Creek property. Challenging the traditional business model we have developed three micro businesses to support our farming enterprise. 'Forge Creek Lamb', a paddock to plate fresh cut lamb concept supplying lamb to local restaurants and local farmers markets. 'Our Wool Naturally', a line of premium bedding products made from the wool off our farm grown sheep. 'The Tank' & 'The Wool House', our unique accommodation dwellings for couples to experience Forge Creek Lamb on their plates and sleep on Our Wool Naturally!
