In the morning, we went to a cafe called Long John Pickles. I had the most phenomenal omelette made from local ingredients. It had native spices, pulled lamb and caramelised onion with a side of crispy Turkish bread. Adam ordered creamy scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns and was definitely impressed.
