Breakfast of Champions

We knew we were going to do the Cape Byron hike, so early morning sustenance was top priority for us. Thankfully we stumbled across Byron Fresh just back from the main beach. Initially it was all their fresh bread and flowers that they had on display out the front of the cafe that lured us in. Once we were inside we knew it was the real deal, as their fit-out was on point. Thankfully their breakfast and coffee was too! A must see/ do if you love a good breakfast/ brunch in a trendy setting.
