Brigadune sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twins) and is situated in a quiet, wooded area on one acre of land. Gas fireplaces in the living room and the master bedroom.
Guests have the use of the whole home, including 2 car garage, claw foot soaking tub, arcade machine, ping pong table, books, games, puzzles, HDTVs with YouTube TV and Netflix.
The neighborhood is gated and is available only to owners and guests. Because of this, our end of the beach is very secluded and never crowded. The whole neighborhood is wooded and quiet. Neskowin is a very small, friendly village - a classic beach community.
There is a 2 car garage with a driveway as well as parking in front of the house. Once the home is booked, we will send driving directions.
PLEASE NOTE: Lodging Tax will be collected by Riparide.

Guests have access to entire home, excluding 2 locked owner closets.

Guests must sign owner contract at booking.
No pets allowed. No smoking of anything on or near the property.
Any garbage bags left behind that do not fit in the garbage can will be charged to you at $10 per bag.
