With sweeping views across the wetlands and ocean, unwind in this newly furnished, beachside getaway with large entertainer's deck to watch the sunset and spectacular stars in the evening.

The house-
Spacious open plan living and kitchen upstairs open out onto a large deck with views across the water, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and the surrounding wetlands. Lit up with fairy lights, the spacious deck has a BBQ and outdoor table that looks onto the view.

Inside there is an updated kitchen with Smeg and Westinghouse appliances and everything you need to cook for your group.

The dining area seats 8 people plus a large island bench with bar stools for pre dinner drinks.

Look out at the view from the living area - with a wood burning fire, cosy couches and smart TV with Netflix and capability to connect to any streaming service.

The house has four large bedrooms with comfortable beds and linen and towels provided, plus a nursery with cot, change mat, toys and highchair.

Downstairs there is also a secondary living area with a dedicated work space, plus pullout sofa that can be closed off to make an extra bedroom if needed.

The main bathroom has a spa bath and shower and there is a second shower and toilet in the ensuite off the master bedroom.

A laundry with washing machine, dryer and beach supplies sits opposite the main entrance to the house.

A large, fully fenced back yard with native trees and lawn surrounds the house making it perfect for pets. We love dogs and kindly ask that they remain outside the house to protect any guests with allergies. There is plenty of undercover space and a kennel and dog bed to keep your pup warm.

Ocean Grove is also famous for it’s beautiful dog beach that runs for more than 5km.

As well as the woodfire, the house has central heating and a split system aircon plus portable fans in each bedroom for the warmer nights.

The house is located up high among the beautiful gums of Old Ocean Grove, a few minutes' drive from famous surf beaches and wineries.

There is a separate downstairs living/work space with pullout sofa that can be closed off as another room if needed.

We also have a nursery equipped with a cot and mattress, cot linen, change mat and toys and books for your little one.

For your day at the beach, we have all the beach things you’ll need to save you from packing them- umbrella, boogie boards and buckets and spades as well as beach cricket and bocce.

You could also spend a day visiting one of the many of the the Bellarine’s famous wineries- we’ve left you a list of our favourites.

The home is just minutes from Ocean Grove’s shops, cafes and beautiful beaches but feels secluded among the gum trees.

We have a circular driveway with parking for around three-four cars plus on-street parking

We’ll do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible (and to minimise what you have to pack).

The kitchen has everything you need plus a few extras including a sodastream)

We have boogie boards, beach towels and a beach umbrella for the beach.

We have a cot, change mat and high chair for the little ones.

For your fury friend we have a kennel, dog bed and water bowl.

The Treehouse was a great spot for our group. Comfortable and cosy with awesome views of Ocean Grove and surrounds. Highly recommend staying!

We had a great stay overall and found the property comfortable, spacious and well-suited to our group. The updated kitchen and modern appliances were a nice feature, and the house had a lovely atmosph...ere that made for an enjoyable weekend away.

The bedrooms comfortable and heating was lovely during the cooler nights.

That said, we felt it may have been a while since the property had been audited or checked to ensure all advertised items were still available and suitable for the number of guests the home accommodates.

None of these issues significantly impacted our stay, and we still enjoyed our time at the property. However, a thorough inventory and maintenance check would go a long way towards ensuring future guests have everything they need, particularly when accommodating larger groups.

The Treehouse Ocean Grove made the perfect weekend for celebrating our upcoming bride. The home was spacious, with enough room to sleep 10 of us. The living area is perfect for entertaining with stunn...ing views and a great deck to sit out on. The home is beautifully presented and only a short drive into the main hub of Ocean Grove. Highly recommend.

Breaky At The Garage

If you’re looking for that ‘gram-worthy’ cafe... this is it! Good coffee, delicious food & dog-friendly seats outside.

The sparkling blue waters of the Barwon River, where the river meets the sea in Barwon Heads, really is natures playground. If water sports is your thing, this still water way is popular among Stand Up Paddle Boarders and Kayakers. A fisherman’s favourite and the perfect swimming spot for the kids.

Bike Ride To Ocean Grove Beach

With the two adorable bikes living at the cabin, how can you not go for a picturesque bike ride to the beach? Head through the leafy back roads and pass through the town centre. Stop for a coffee at Uncle Jack’s cafe and park yourself at a picnic bench by the beach.

No excuse for those people that can’t start their day without coffee. The Dunes opens for takeaway at 6.30 am so you can sip away & start your day with another beautiful sunrise.
