Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, garage, and property, which is a half acre at high tide and a full acre at low tide.

Other things to note
The bungalow is a quiet retreat and NOT set up for you to invite extra guests and throw parties. Please be honest in your booking about the number of people staying and if you plan to invite extras - communicate this in advance. We will organize our cleaners for the larger group and add the extra occupant fees to your booking accordingly.

Other things to note:
There is no cable television. The home comes with wifi and smart TVs with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Apple TV+, Hulu, and more.

Our bungalow was built in 1950 and it retains much of the original charm with some updated aspects but please note that there are areas that aren't hotel style crisp. It's a small relaxed space that you will enjoy if you love rustic bungalows and being in nature.

The 409 Hwy that is adjacent to the home is a busy road during commute hours so please exercise caution with the road when entering and leaving and know that there will be some traffic noise during the daytime hours.

Please note there is not perfectly built access into the water. Something to note if mobility is an issue.

The wood stove and outdoor fire pit is available for guest use but you must provide your own firewood. The Cathlamet Market is about a mile away on main street and has bundles for sale.

Puget Island Haus is a no pet, non-smoking home. Children are welcome as long as they remain in parental control - please note we are next to a large active river and along the main island vehicle thoroughfare.

NOTE! Parties or events of any kind including photo shoots are prohibited unless arranged officially with the host. Make sure your reservation accounts for every person staying. Please don’t invite extra guests other than those included in your reservation.

NO DOGS.
