Positioned directly on the shores of Cowan Creek, this contemporary two-storey boathouse enjoys a prized north-west aspect, offering beautiful panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets across the water.
The Upper Level
Panoramic water views enter the bright, open-plan living space where floor-to-ceiling glass doors seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors.
This self-contained level includes:
* Queen bedroom
* Spacious ensuite bathroom
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Comfortable living area
* Smart TVs in both the lounge and bedroom
* Reverse-cycle air conditioning
* Balcony with daybed overlooking the water.
Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet afternoon with a book, the balcony is the perfect place to watch boats glide by and soak in the tranquil surroundings.

Waterfront lower level outdoor area
Outdoor stairs lead to your private waterfront deck and pontoon, where the creek becomes your backyard.

Additional Studio Accommodation is available on the lower level for bookings of more than two guests, or for couples wishing to enjoy separate bedrooms, the lower floor studio accommodation can be added for an extra fee.

The property is always booked exclusively to one group. We never rent the upper and lower levels separately, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

Things to Know Before Booking
The Deckhouse is designed exclusively for adults. Infants who are not yet crawling are welcome by prior arrangement.
Please note:
* Access from the carport is via a private outdoor inclinator (lift), a unique experience loved by many guests.
* The lower deck, jetty and pontoon are unfenced.
* Access between levels is via outdoor stairs only.
* Maximum occupancy is two guests unless the additional studio is required- increasing the maximum to four guests.
* No visitors, children, pets, smoking, candles or open flames.

Boat hire is available just across the road at Cottage Point Kiosk, while the Cottage Point Inn is only moments away for an unforgettable dining experience.
