Red Rock Cottage is just 40-minutes from Auckland New Zealand, a peaceful drive from the city, with half of this drive through beautiful New Zealand countryside. The cottage is a 2-bedroom oasis with an open plan lounge and kitchen area, framed by a wall of windows that fold back to welcome the ocean into your lounge. The cottage has luxurious fittings throughout, from the SMEG appliances to the hand designed New Zealand furniture and crafted wall art. WIFI, a smart television, kayaks, paddleboards, and opportunities to fish on our exciting Manukau harbor cater to all. Our local village of Clarks beach can provide restaurant dining, café and local shopping, or holiday essentials such as massage or golf at our local Top10 New Zealand golf course. The village and community are filled with friendly locals, birds and passing wildlife, such as seals and Orca over the summer season.
Clarks beach is tidal, and the landscape constantly changes. The tide changes in depth, sometimes it is deep and expansive, other times smaller and light. Children and dogs love to run free out over the sand out to the horizon when the ocean rolls away...
