The Newly renovated "Felix Beach House" is the perfect beach house. The location is to die for with the beach almost a stones throw. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre with all its bustling cafes and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Smell the sea air and hear the waves from your bedroom. With 4 bedrooms it sleeps 10 people comfortably.

We offer a full catering service if you wish to spoil your guests.

PETS - Dogs are welcome, however the yard must be cleaned prior to check out, All Fur must be fully cleaned up from inside the house

PLEASE NOTE: Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. We look forward to welcoming you to our backyard.
