THE SPACE
The Cottage is located on the last remaining dairy farm in Apollo Bay. Set on over 500 acres of lush green rolling hills, 2kms above the township of Apollo Bay and Great Ocean Road. There is ample space for guests to go for private walks, meet the many animals and enjoy the Barham River frontage, with lots of birds, koalas and wallabies to see. It is the perfect place to retreat, relax and recharge!
Here at Kambrook Dairy sustainability is important to us, the farm features a large solar system, rainwater tanks and its own wastewater treatment facility, and we are in the process of re-vegetating our gullies.
After a day exploring or at the beach and sit back on the deck and watch the cows come home to be milked.
The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, large fridge, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 features a bespoke handmade Victorian Ash King bed, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and the bedrooms are separated by the bathroom. A step-less shower, stone vanity and toilet.
The laundry with front loading washing machine is located in the mud room styled entrance, perfect for a farm cottage building.

The Cottage is located with-in the same grounds as the smaller, Tiny House @ Kambrook Dairy and both properties can be booked out together.
