Located on Kambrook Dairy, 2 mins above Apollo Bay and The Great Ocean Road and all that the area has to offer. It is the perfect place to retreat, relax and recharge!
The Studio unit features beautiful modern decor, that is both stylish and surprisingly spacious with superb views of the surrounding hills and ocean.
Relax after a day exploring or at the beach and sit back around the fire pit or on the deck and watch the cows come home to be milked.

The space
The Tiny house is located on the last remaining dairy farm in Apollo Bay. Set on over 500 acres of lush green rolling hills above the township of Apollo Bay. There is ample space for guests to go for walks, meet the many animals and enjoy the Barham River frontage, with lots of birds, koalas and wallabies to see.

Here at Kambrook Dairy sustainability is important to us, the farm features a large solar system, perfect for charging your EV from, rainwater tanks and its own wastewater treatment facility, and we are in the process of re-vegetating our gullies.

The tiny house features a full-size Queen bed, electric blanket, bedside lighting, compact shower with instant gas HWS and normal flushing toilet. The kitchen has everything you’d need, microwave, toaster, kettle, grill, basic cooking and fridge/ freezer. There is a small dining table, 2 chairs and a large ceiling fan, with beautiful sea breezes thru summer.
The Tiny house is located with-in the same grounds as the larger, The Cottage @ Kambrook Dairy and both properties can be booked together.

Hello and welcome to Kambrook Dairy, Apollo Bay. My partner Nathan and I, along with our two daughters Isabella, Amelia and our dog Whisky, are delighted to welcome you to our special farm by the sea. We have recently completed our Tiny House and The Cottage, in the aims of providing well appointed, clean, sustainable and stylish guest accommodation. Our hopes are to supplement our farming enterprise and allow guests to experience what we enjoy every day! There is so much to discover and savor, whether you're looking for rest and relaxation, or a fun farm adventure. During your stay my family and I, live and work at Kambrook Dairy, we are more than happy to have a chat about the farm and the local attractions, but there is also plenty of space to do your own thing!

Met The Animals

As a working Dairy Farm, the cows are milked twice a day for most of the year. We raise our own calves, have 2 pet sheep, 2 ponies and many horses to pat.

Walk Along The Barham River Flats

Enjoy our private river frontage and walk along the beautiful Barham River flats whilst cows graze or sleep in the sun. You might even spot a Koala or two in the tall gums or a Platypus in the river.

Farm Animal Tour

Carolyn gave me a tour of their family run farm which has diary cows, carves, horses and their cat! I got to meet them all and feed some horses! Carolyn was so kind, open and knowledgeable about their way of living. So nice.
