Relax in the lap of luxury in this beautifully appointed beach house. Located only a stones throw from the sand and surf at Merewether beach and an easy 10-minute stroll to The Junctions gorgeous cafes, restaurants and boutique shops, you’ll have everything you need right at your doorstep.
The Home:
Stylishly furnished and positioned over two levels with multiple living areas this home offers the perfect beach retreat for large or extended families.
The stunning open plan kitchen, dining and living area is the perfect place for the family to gather and enjoy a meal after a day at the beach. For an easy-going vibe, fire up the BBQ on the back patio and kick back while the kids play in the garden.
On the ground floor you’ll find a quiet and comfortable reading room, perfect for those that want to hide away with a good book, do some daily yoga or perhaps have a moment of quiet contemplation. For those on a working holiday, the home office offers a light and bright space where you can tap away on the keyboard away from the hustle and bustle of the main living area.
Moving upstairs, you’ll find a media room furnished with super comfy sofas, perfect for watching a movie on a rainy day. All four bedrooms are also on the upper level with the master suite boasting a expansive ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. All other bedrooms are furnished with double beds and walk-in-wardrobes meaning you’ll have plenty of space for the contents of your suitcase.
After a day at the beach, everyone is keen to rinse off the salt and sand. The outdoor shower to the side of the house is a great spot for a quick rinse. For a full refresh you’ll find a lovely shower room on the ground floor as well as another family bathroom upstairs, plus the master ensuite, meaning everyone gets plenty of time in the shower.

The iconic Merewether Beach is home to the international surfing competition, Surfest. It is part of a beach reserve that stretches from Dixon Park in the north to Burwood Beach in the south - with superb views in all directions.
Enjoy a coffee at a beachside cafe and watch as locals walk their dogs, parents juggle caffeine and kids with sandy hair and the surfers' roll-up by the dozen.
Walk a bit further down the beach promenade, and you'll find Merewether Ocean Baths, the largest Ocean Baths complex in the Southern Hemisphere.
Merewether Beach is the southern end of the popular Bathers Way walk.

Strict no party policy
We do not accept bookings for any social occasions of any kind including school leavers, bucks parties, bride to be parties or large birthday celebrations. We can only accept bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway. If you are unsure of your booking requirements please log an enquiry and we will discuss with you.
Residential amenity is a priority for us. We have a noise curfew in all our properties of 9pm outside and 10pm inside.
Only those over the age of 30 can book and we may have a reduced maximum of adults allowed due to bedding configurations and house rules.
No pets unless the property is advertised as pet friendly or prior approval has been granted - in which case pet rules apply.
In order to secure your booking you will need to be familiar with the Short Term Rental Code of Conduct available on the Department of Fair Trading Website and contained within the compendium at the property. Please let us know if you have any questions in regards to this.
