Australiana is a great cottage for a family or small group of up to 8.
It is a country style fully self-contained cottage with complimentary Wi-Fi and streaming-enabled TV (via Chromecast).
The cottage comfortably sleeps 8 people, with 2 queen bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs is a open loft area with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds.
You’ll also find a gas BBQ on the veranda. Just bring your food and drink and you’re all set.
Majestic sunsets and abundant wildlife can all be enjoyed from the Cottage.

Australiana is free standing, self contained cottage with a view of the dam and the land.
There is plenty of space to walk around and spot kangaroos or sit up on the dam with a glass of wine (our Cellar door Stomp is next door so perfect for guests!)
Other things to note
There is a large air conditioner which will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. We also have recently installed ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms for your comfort.

On your departure, we appreciate if you can
•Leave your accommodation in a tidy state.
•Quick wipe of the kitchen surfaces to keep insects away.
Please wash and put away any used utensils.
•Turn off lights, heaters and air conditioners.
•Ensure that all outside doors and windows are closed and locked before you leave
•Leave your stay key inside and just close and lock the door behind you on exit.
Guest numbers
Your accommodation has been booked for an agreed number of people and beds. We trust that you will let us know if there are any additional guests, so we can adjust the fee.
If your cottage has more beds than you have booked for, we would appreciate if you can leave them untouched. Washing and cleaning are our largest costs, so your consideration is appreciated.
Linen
Bed sheets, pillow cases, doonas, bath towels/face washers for the booked number of guests will be in your cabin prior to your arrival. Unless expressly arranged for longer duration stays, sheets and towels will not be replaced during your stay
No need to pull beds down on departure. We would prefer you just pulled them up into a neat and tidy state. Please leave towels/face washers in a neat pile in the bathroom prior to departure.
Noise
You have 4 other guest cottage neighbours and neighbours adjoining the property. Noise travels a very long way. Music should never be excessive. 10pm is a good guide to stop any music or excessive festivities from emanating from your cottage.
