Originally built as the owner’s house, The Homestead is for large groups and families.
The Homestead comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. It has 3 queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the 5th bedroom has a queen and 2 single beds. Quality linen is provided.
The large kitchen/dining is a great place to eat and drink together, but for relaxing there’s also another lounge room. Complimentary Wi-Fi and streaming-enabled TVs
A pool table and gas bbq also add to your relaxation.
Majestic sunsets and abundant wildlife can be seen, particularly at dusk.
Homestead is free standing, self contained house. There is a large area around to kick a ball, go on a nature walk to see kangaroos, rabbits and lots of bird life. You can see the horses agisted in the paddock next to Homestead. There are also seats on the dam which are lovely to sit on as you watch the sunset.
Homestead has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main kitchen/dining area and we also have a gas heater in the lounge room.
We have recently installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms and have portable heaters for the winter.

Additional Information
On your departure, we appreciate if you can
•Leave your accommodation in a tidy state.
•Quick wipe of the kitchen surfaces to keep insects away.
•It’s ok to start a dishwasher cycle and leave, if your cottage has a dishwasher, but please wash and put away any utensils not in the dishwasher.
•Turn off lights, heaters and air conditioners.
•Ensure that all outside doors and windows are closed and locked before you leave
•Leave your stay key inside and just close and lock the door behind you on exit.
Guest numbers
Your accommodation has been booked for an agreed number of people and beds. We trust that you will let us know if there are any additional guests, so we can adjust the fee.
If your cottage has more beds than you have booked for, we would appreciate if you can leave them untouched. Washing and cleaning are our largest costs, so your consideration is appreciated.
Linen
Bed sheets, pillow cases, doonas, bath towels/face washers for the booked number of guests will be in your cabin prior to your arrival. Unless expressly arranged for longer duration stays, sheets and towels will not be replaced during your stay
No need to pull beds down on departure. We would prefer you just pulled them up into a neat and tidy state. Please leave towels/face washers in a neat pile in the bathroom prior to departure.
Noise
You have 4 other guest cottage neighbours and neighbours adjoining the property. Noise travels a very long way. Music should never be excessive. 10pm is a good guide to stop any music or excessive festivities from emanating from your cottage.
