We had such a beautiful stay at Ethel & Odes we honestly didn’t want to leave. The place is incredibly peaceful and surrounded by stunning nature, making it the perfect escape from the busy city.
One... of our favourite parts was the nearby beach it’s calm, quiet, and perfect for a chilled weekend. We spent our time having little picnics, enjoying the view, and just soaking in the relaxed vibes. It’s the kind of place where you can truly switch off.
If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful surroundings, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Gunyah Beach
Enjoy an evening stroll along the beach and soak up the serenity. You may even be able to spot the skyline of Sydney in the distance.
Morning Swim At Jibbon Beach
No better way to start the day than by getting sandy and salty.

Jibbon Beach
This beach is located at the eastern end of Bundeena and is a part of the Royal National Park. A starting point for coastal walking trails including the shorter Jibbon Loop Track and the longer Jibbon Track.
Bakery Stop
We arrived early in the morning as the almond croissants were being pulled out of the oven. SO DELICIOUS!
Coffee And Treats At Earth Thingz Cafe
To kick off our second day exploring the Royal National Park, we stopped in at Earth Thingz cafe for a caffeine hit with a side of toasted banana bread. We couldn't help ourselves and grabbed a few more treats to enjoy on the road.
Bundeena Town Beach And Supplies Stop
We stopped into the IGA in Bundeena to grab some supplies before heading to our accomodation for the night. The small group of shops are directly across from this beautiful beach so we took a stroll before heading back.
