Seamount is nestled just off the Great Ocean Road at Apollo Bay in Felicity Crt. Less than 250 metres stroll to Apollo Bay’s beautiful main beach and just 10-15min walk from Apollo Bay’s shops and restaurants via the beachside walking track this property is ideally located for great dog friendly beach holidays.

UPSTAIRS
Arrive upstairs into the large, spacious open plan living with wood fire, kitchen and dining area, opening onto the balcony.
The modern kitchen features a gas stove, electric oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer.
The upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.
A separate toilet is available off the living area.

DOWNSTAIRS
Two spacious bedrooms offer 1 x Queen Size bed and 1 Double bed. The downstairs bathroom also provides a large walk in shower, spa bath, vanity and toilet.
An additional spacious living area offers couches for relaxing.
The laundry is also located downstairs providing washing machine.

OUTDOORS
Parking for 2 cars or enough space for a boat.
An outdoor hot water shower to wash off the sand when you stroll back from the beach.
The secure backyard offers space for children and dogs to safely play.
