This six-bedroom homestead has three spacious living areas and full access to surrounding farmland making it perfect for families or groups who require a central base to explore the Otway Ranges region. Enjoy phenomenal panoramic views across a timeless, ever-changing landscape towards the Otway peak Mount Sabine in the south to dormant volcano Mount Elephant in the north.
In the colder months enjoy the built-in large combustible wood heater in the kitchen living area, traditional open fireplace in the second living area or at any time split-system heater air-conditioner in the third Otways view living area. All bedrooms have NOBO heaters.
Other features include in-ground swimming pool with cypress deck. Wood fired pizza oven and an olympic size in-ground trampoline.

- Panoramic Otway Ranges Views homestead is not available as a venue for parties or functions. Groups are not permitted to play amplified music to a level that will disturb neighbours.
- Canine family members are welcome but please clean up after them so there's basically no sign they've been present.
