A light and airy, newly renovated 100 year old barn, using recycled materials lovingly restored by our local super skilled friends.
Just 3 minutes walk into beautiful Bellingen town.
Private and secluded in the grounds of our home with its own laneway entrance. We are a family of 4, a dog, a cat and 4 chatty, very nice chooks.
Large barn/studio with outside deck and seating. Open plan living area with kitchen bench, fridge and sink area. Walk in shower and toilet.
Tea/coffee with Nespresso machine and toast making facilities. There are many great cafes and restaurants just minutes away for you to enjoy.
Super comfy king size bed.
Bellingen, recently Certified by Ecotourism Australia as an ECO Destination.
Located in the hinterland of the mid-North Coast, Bellingen punches well above its weight in terms of arts and culture, foodie delights and outdoor activities - and makes the perfect base to explore the natural attractions along the scenic Waterfall Way, including dramatic waterfalls, World Heritage-listed rainforest and river activities.
The stunning stretch of coastline and mountains has something for everyone, from pristine beaches and lush rainforests, to quaint towns and bustling markets.

I had a lovely time - Beth was welcoming and kind and I enjoyed the short walk to town each day to eat in cute cafes and listen to live music. I also enjoyed afternoon naps in the most comfortable bed, double doors open listening to the rain.

Got out of the heat and enjoyed some delicious local beer at the Federal Hotel. Kid-friendly and super nice staff.
A Taste Of The Middle East
When walking into this hidden gem recommended by our host we were greeted by the friendly staff and sat down at the colourful table to enjoy a Middle Eastern feast.
Cafe Hyde
Hyde is in the middle of the main tourist stretch in Bellingen. It has some outside seating and inside the ex-community hall space is now a combination cafe and boutique homewares store. There's a friendly, funky atmosphere with locals plugging into the wifi on their laptops for some work away from home. The coffee is really good and the food is a hit for breaky and lunch.
Strolling Through Bellingens Lovely Little Town
Exploring the charming town entails strolls down cobblestone streets, pausing at quaint cafes for aromatic brews, browsing eclectic shops brimming with artisanal crafts, and stumbling upon the historic remnants of an old butter factory, each step unveiling layers of local history and charm.
Kayaking The Bellinger River
Paddle along the gorgeous Bellinger River taking in the natural scenery and stopping off to see whats going on in town or cruise down the river and find your own private banks to stop and explore. If you don't have your own vessel, private and group tours run daily and are a fantastic opportunity to learn from a local guide about the Bellingen waterways and ecosystem.
Bellingen Town
