Hiking In Wallingat National Park

A 20-30 minute walk through the Jurassic Park-like forest. Take a water flask and meander through gum, eucalypt and cabbage palm forest.
Only a 25-30 minute drive from Black Wattle Cabin.
Booti Booti National Park

Consisting of an eight-kilometre peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Wallis Lake, Booti Booti National Park encompasses 1,566 hectares of picturesque headlands, stunning beaches and pristine rainforests.
Sunset at The Recky

Sunset At The Recky

If you want a good beer, some great food and the most insane sunset, head to "The Recky". After many locals recommended it, we decided to end our trip by sipping beers and watching the sunset and it couldn't have been better! The staff there are really great and they often have live music going on the deck. A top spot to spend the afternoon!
Booti Hill Track

Booti Hill Track

Bring your swimmers and make a day walk of it with beautiful views from the headland and plenty of wildlife.

Fishing

Blueys Beach

Honestly, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to impressive beaches in the area. But if you need a pointer, Blueys Beach is a winner. Also check out Elizabeth Boomerang, Shelly (nudist!), Cellito and Sandbar Beaches.

Head a little bit further south and you can check out Seal Rocks and its beaches - also there's a great lighthouse walk... we saw whales!!
