We had such a lovely stay at Aruna estate, it was quiet, peaceful and the villa was beautiful. We loved being able to pick our own vegetables from the garden and the hamper with local produce was the perfect touch.

Potters Pantry

After a big day out, we discovered a quiet little cafe in Bundanoon. Often we find places like this close after morning trade, but this spot was still open even as we arrived after 4pm. The kids were treated to some oversized cookies and the parents enjoyed a cheeky late afternoon coffee.

Coffee At The Exeter General Store Po

Great coffee, a delicious menu and a wall full of second-hand books that are perfect to peruse as you sip your coffee. The general store section of the cafe has a great range of delicious local goods. Exeter itself is a gorgeous town; one of the most architecturally adorable churches I've ever seen sits here, or on a sunny day you can watch the locals play at the croquet club.

Breakfast At Highlands Merchant

Moss Vale features the Highlands Merchant, a great spot for a few coffees, an eggplant wrap and a croissant before we hit the road destined for our weekend hangout, Red Dog Retreat.
