PET POLICY: DOG-FRIENDLY STAYS

We’re excited to welcome your four-legged friends to Wilka Eco Escapes! To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests — both human and canine — please take a moment to review our Pet Policy below.

1. General Guidelines
Dogs are welcome in selected cabins only. Please confirm your cabin’s pet-friendly status at the time of booking.
A maximum of two dogs per cabin is permitted, unless otherwise approved by management.
All dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and under control at all times.

2. Supervision & Leash Requirements
Dogs must be kept on a leash in all common areas and never left unattended inside or outside the cabin.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their dog does not cause disturbance to other guests, wildlife, or livestock on the property.

3. Cleaning & Damage
An additional pet cleaning fee of $25 may apply if the Wilka team deems that any of the following cleaning issues are present upon checkout:
Urine or waste markings inside the cabin or on the decking/spa area
Solid waste found on the grass area surrounding the cabin
Pet hair or fur present on any linen, cushions, or bedding

Guests are responsible for picking up after their dogs and disposing of waste in the designated bins provided.

If additional cleaning is required after your stay, this will be charged to the guest’s account to a maximum of $60


4. Liability
Guests accept full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their dog to property, people, or other animals.
Wilka Eco Escapes does not accept any responsibility or liability for injury, illness, or loss to your dog that may occur while staying with us — including incidents involving the property, other people, or other animals your pet may encounter during your stay.
Guests are encouraged to ensure their pets are fully vaccinated, supervised, and covered by appropriate pet insurance.

5. Respect for Nature
We love our environment — please help us protect the local wildlife by keeping dogs on designated trails and respecting all natural areas.



CINDERELLA TOILET:

Our Incineration toilet comes with an easy 4 step process to use effectively, these steps are provided in your booking confirmation email and in-house collateral. If any errors on the screen arise & you are unable to troubleshoot yourself, you must text the cabin name and report your issue/error code to: 0407323300. Failure to follow the 4 step process AND/OR report issue will damage the toilet and an additional fee of $30 will apply.



IN HOUSE MINI BAR:

Guests are welcome to enjoy the selection of wine available in the in-cabin minibar. All items are clearly priced, and any wine consumed during your stay will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking. Charges will be processed following your departure. Please note, charges may also apply where bottles are opened, removed, damaged, or otherwise rendered unsellable (including breakages or partial consumption). By consuming or handling minibar items, you acknowledge and agree to these charges.
