The home honestly feels like a retreat. Backing onto a tranquil lake which extends to the river. Surrounded by rainforest. We have paddleboards and lilos for guest use. The home itself is a three bedroom, two bathroom. Main bedroom with ensuite and walk in shower, the other bathroom, servicing the other two rooms also has a walk in shower and large bath. We have a study set up for two workstations. The main living space has an open kitchen with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove and more. The open plan living area has a designer table and living area. The outdoor patio has a huge comfortable couch, perfect for relaxing and watching the sun go down. House Tips:

Internet -
We have saved the internet connection details to the fridge door. we have also created a unique QR code to make it easier to connect to the wifi.

Sonos -
If you're looking to connect to the Sonos speakers, simply connect your device to the internet and jump into Spotify and choose the Sonos system you wish to play from. Please just be mindful of the neighbours.

Oven and Stove -
On the right top of the stove there is a switch to turn the oven and stove on. Please switch on when you arrive and off when you leave.
On the stove itself you'll also see an on and off button, this will need to be on (red) in order to use the stove.

Bins -
Bin night is Monday evening. Green bin goes out every week and the Yellow / Red bins alternate. best to see what the neighbours take out and copy. (Please take trash out as you go)
We have a kitchen caddy under the sink, this is used for all green waste.

Garage doors -
Only the main garage door is operational.

General info -
+ The freezer doesn't beep when it's left open, please be mindful of this and make sure it's shut.
+ The main bedroom light turns on and off from the control in the room. You'll need to have the main switch on in the bedroom for this to work.
+ We usually leave the salt lamp in the living room on at all times. It provides a bit of light if you're heading to the bathroom at night and also due to the humidity it melts when off.

We loved our stay at the Riverhouse for Mothers day! It was the relaxing escape we all neeed. Most importantly we loved being able to take our pup with us which was one of our main reasons for booking. We have recommended this space to our friends :)

What a spectacular place to decompress and really feel relaxed. We loved everything about our stay. The paddle board and canoes were a hit and the space was perfectly peaceful overlooking the river.

We spent hours playing in the lake and floating around. The hosts provide paddle boards and blow up floaties for guests.

Kayaking To New Brighton

We brought our kayaks along for the weekend and realised we could paddle all the way up to New Brighton. It was unreal getting straight on the water from the front of the house and passing through all the mangroves.
