Timboon hinterland is renown for its local produce and the 12 Apostles Gourmet Trail.

New modular style accommodation with a wood fire, outdoor fire/pizza oven (firewood provided), polished concrete floors to main living and plush carpet to the 2 bedrooms all complete with modern decor. The spacious master bedroom has the comfort of a king bed, beautiful private bush and native garden outlook with its own Smart TV which is also in the living room with free WiFi. Enjoy the sun filled north facing aspect to each room with large double glazed windows throughout.

There is a split system air conditioner and ceiling fans to both bedrooms and living area.

The bathroom has a large walk in shower with separate toilet and there is a washing machine for your convenience. Linen is provided and has been professionally cleaned.

Enjoy the Timboon Swimming Pool directly opposite on those hot summer days or a round of golf on the 18 hole golf course. Timboon also has free to public tennis courts and a great skate board park & play ground near by. But most of all the amazing Camperdown Timboon Rail Trail & 12 Apostles Trail/Power Creek Reserve walking track right at your door step. The township is surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife, so keep an eye out for koalas and the beautiful bird life.

- We do not accept any responsibility for children if injured at the home. There is a wood fire that does not have a guard or protection around it.
- Please leave the home clean as you find it, including washing all dishes and removing all rubbish (Bins provided). All linen is professionally cleaned.
- With the polished concrete it is porous so please wipe up any spills as they occur. Please remove shoes if wet or dirty.
- Please note that we have a steep driveway that takes you up through the trees to your private getaway.
- Please ensure the home is locked when leaving.
- Our pricing includes the new Victorian Government 7.5% Occupancy Tax.
