Our stay at Greenmore Hut was absolutey fantastic. The peace and quiet, the sunset by the firepit, the great views, games room and the very well set up hut. Kate is a great host who is very easy to co...mmunicate with and very accomodating. I could go back every weekend. Would highly recommend to everybody looking for a peaceful escape.

The hosts were lovely, left fresh fruit for us, and were responsive and helpful when the fridge broke. However, the photos are misleading, as by two bedrooms they mean 2 rooms in the entire complex - ...one is a lounge with two double beds, the other is a games room with 2x bunk beds; thankfully they had a fridge, but it was a camping fridge kept on the floor of the bathroom. The BBQ is rusted, there’s an ants nest in the hammock, and there were large spiders everywhere, including in the beds. There were a lot of things broken or dirty, like bugs in sinks and kettles on arrival, broken shower door and extremely low water pressure (we could only wash one limb at a time). It is a beautiful farm with lovely sheep & cows, but wouldn’t have booked if we’d known the above particularly based on the price

The Greenmore Hut was s perfect place to run away from city’s hustle and bustle! We enjoyed the peacefulness and beautiful scenery! Evenings spent by the fire pit were idyllic! We would love to come back!

I’m Kate, I have been a farmer for 30+ years. I have always wanted to transform our hut into something that all our family and friends can enjoy. We would love for you to come and enjoy the peace and tranquility as much as we all do.

Take a drive through the rolling green hills of the Mudgee Region. There is an abundance of farm animals that you can spot when driving. Don't forget to roll down the windows and take in the fresh country air!

Wine Tasting At Logans Winery

Nothing better than wine tasting on a cloudy day (or any day). Just 45 minutes from the farm or 20 from Mudgee is Logans Wine which was recommended to us by Rachel. It's $10 per head to book a tasting, and the cheese platter is a must!
