Welcome to my newly renovated Jervis Bay beach House!!!
I absolutely love my modern house with its light and airy, yet private feel!
This two story, 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet street and is approx. 300 meters to the nearest beach. It is also walking distance to the Vincentia local shops and cafes and restaurants, Markets and medical center. There is a bush block next door full of trees which adds to the privacy of the property. There is plenty of car parking space.
It would best suit family groups or couples seeking accommodation with close access to the beautiful beaches, walking trails and the National Parks of Jervis Bay.
The Main King size bedroom and huge double ensuite is Upstairs.
Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining and lounge areas which are full of natural light and feature ducted air conditioning and heating.
The glimpses of Jervis Bay's blue water from inside the house, naturally draw you out to the large front deck which has an outdoor dining area, a sun lounge area and a BBQ. Enjoy your morning coffee here with the music of the birds and first glimpses of the bays' blue water. In the afternoons catch the sunsets whilst dining on the deck. There is also a back deck upstairs which overlooks the huge yard. This is also a nice private outdoor area to sit and dine.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom and the laundry, as well as another deck which accesses and overlooks the back yard.
