Loved The Stables. So well presented and the hosts have thought of everything and also left wonderful provisions for breakfast and hot chocolates. Great outdoor area with a pizza oven which we used and we enjoyed a walk around the property meeting the sheep and cows.

Such a lovely stay here. The place is beautiful, cosy and comfortable and the breakfast goodies Belinda left for us were amazing, even little dog treats for our pup. Belinda was a great host and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay, the property was well maintained and very clean. We especially loved the wood fire as the weather was very cold. We would definitely recommend to friends and would love to come and stay again.

Sanatorium Lake Walk

Nice and easy walk to visit Sanatorium Lake, which was originally built to provide water for the nearby tuberculosis sanatorium. When the clinic closed many years ago, the pond became a small, wild lake.

Macedon Ranges Walking Trail

Take on the 30km circuit hike which links the Camels Hump and Mount Towrong with the mountain villages of Mount Macedon and Macedon.

Hanging Rock

Hanging Rock is actually a former volcano that stands a pretty impressive 718m above sea level, so there are certainly some killer views from the top. The site itself took us about 40 mins to drive to from the property. The climb to the top is fairly easy and mostly paved.
