BRAND NEW - The Depot Timboon is a one bedroom, one bathroom/laundry with an open fully equipped kitchen, meals and lounge area featuring high pitched ceilings.

Please note that the only access is via the stairs and deck at the rear of the home.

The home is well lit with lots of natural light and tinted double glazed windows that provide privacy to each room. The large east facing windows and sliding door to the rear of the home takes you to a spacious timber deck, over looking the private back yard, full of native trees to attract the beautiful bird life. Including incredible king parrots, rosellas, yellow tailed cockatoos, honey eaters, sulphur-crested cockatoos, galahs, corellas, finches and wrens to name some of the regular locals. Sit back and enjoy, whilst relaxing by the outdoor wood fire/pizza oven!

The kitchen has an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger & percolator, toaster and all cooking utensils, pots, pans and crockery required.

The laundry is within the spacious bathroom and has a washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Also the bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity with hair dryer.

The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables, lamps and robes for your convenience.

This recently built home on the old site of the milk depot has everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway.

We recommend you explore the nearby Timboon Rail Trail and Timboon/Twelve Apostles Trail, running along Power Creek Reserve passing through farm land, forests, Schulz Organic Creamery Cafe all the way to Port Campbell. The Timboon Fine Ice Cream and Timboon Railway Distillery are a must and part of the 12 Apostles Food Artisan Trail. All within an easy, short walking distance. Timboon is also renowned for the strawberry farm but more recently the Berry Good Thai Restaurant which has beautiful authentic Thai Food. Lots to explore and enjoy during your stay.

Dogs are welcomed by prior agreement. Please only small to medium, but must be well house trained dogs. Maximum of two small dogs or one medium sized dog. Additional cleaning costs will apply. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom. Please note the backyard is not fully enclosed. BYO pet bedding etc.
