Deep Earth Sanctuary was a beautiful retreat! The lighting was calming, cozy and warm - all details were beautifully arranged to create a wholesome atmosphere. Ann was a lovely host, greeted us at the... driveway, helped with the fire and any extra items we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Would love to come back soon! Thankyou Ann

What a phenomenal place to stay! First off Ann was so incredibly accommodating. So lovely.
Despite the rain and gloom we had such a beautiful time. Fully self contained, it was honestly the best place to stay. We will definitely be back!
Thank you Ann! Xo

The retreat is just lovely! It’s a great space and perfect to really switch off. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Ann was also the most lovely accomodating host who had the fire... going when we got there to make it wonderful and welcoming.
With Daylesford and Ballarat 20 minutes either side, and Creswick just 5 minutes up the road it’s a perfect location for a balanced getaway!

Ann and Brian have lived at the address for 35 years. Ann, 65, a music teacher and reiki practitioner, Brian 77, a retired painter. Their children Sarah, 38, and Liam, 36, are accountants and psychotherapists. Ann, Brian and Liam have been working together for the past 10 years to transform their old paddocks into a space for retreats and healing. They are covering it in trees, creeks and a lake, building a nature chapel, tropical arboretums, planting orchards, food forests, chook yards and bee hives. Ann will be your host, feel free to score a reiki healing from her. ;)

Lake And Garden Walk
Park Lake and Garden Walk. Lots of ducks! Some up hill areas as well as stairs through the garden. Very peaceful and pleasant. Lovely view over looking lake.
St Georges Lake Loop
Starting at St Georges Lake, you will loop all around the gorgeous lake and find yourself to cross a road to the Blue Waters Lookout.
Swimming At St Georges Lake
We spent the afternoon laying in the sun and floating around the lake, which is surrounded by forest and the best local secret for a swim!
Blue Waters
We stumbled on this gem called Blue Waters, a sort of hidden spot away from the main attractions. When the sun hits it in a certain way, the water lights up in an epic bright blue colour.
Captains Creek Winery
You can have a cellar door tasting experience or site back with a meal and a glass of organic wines that are grown all around you. If you speak with the owners you can learn all about the history of the farm, wine and eco-village. An absolute must-see.
