A great place to celebrate in style, Ralphie’s Villa Kangaroo Valley is the most private villa located on the Kangaroo Valley Golf Resort.

The best place to be this winter around the fire or in the private in-ground jacuzzi spa set to a perfect 38 degrees.

A great place for fun with friends or a private couple’s getaway, Ralphie’s is located within 5 mins easy drive from the village but away from the hustle and bustle of village life. Wake up with kangaroos and wombats on your doorstep.

Facing north with a wraparound terrace, the property is beautifully sunny in winter and cool in summer. It’s a chilled non-fussy vibe where you can just relax and have fun.

Ralphie’s features real oak floors, a gas fireplace, and an in-deck spa.

The spa comfortably allows four to relax with the option of turning on the bubbles by just saying “Alexa, turn on the bubbles!” Perfect for colder nights star gazing or fun in the rain.

After you get out of the spa enjoy an outdoor shower under the beautiful handcrafted heated copper rain shower.

The whole house has ducted air-con to heat or cool.

The large modern kitchen is well kitted out and is perfect for four guests to host a dinner party. In the morning wake up to freshly made coffee at the press of a button

In the evenings, feel free to relax and watch your latest series on Netflix, Apple and Binge complimentary with your stay.

There’s a shared tennis court if you’d like to bring racquets, and a pool as well, though it’s not heated.

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.
* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.
* Max 4 overnight guests, 2 day visitors, 6 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
* Pets allowed with prior approval:
- $110 fee per stay
- keep pets off furniture and beds.
- Only allow pets weighing up to 10kg
- Pets must be on a leash at all times outdoors and are strictly not allowed on the golf course. There is a lot of protected wildlife in the are for everyone’s enjoyment, so this is for their safety and yours. Our property is also not fully fenced.
- If the resort receives a complaint about off-leash pets, a fine may apply and you may be asked to leave the resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ralphie’s Villa. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect escape. The villa was warm, comfortable, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a... relaxing getaway.

The peaceful surroundings and stunning valley views made it easy to switch off and unwind. We spent our days enjoying the quiet, soaking up nature, and appreciating how calm and private the property felt.

Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up, making our stay effortless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy some tranquillity, this is it. A big bonus was the ability to bring our four legged friend. He had the best time!

We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Such a charming little home - beautifully set up, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Watching kangaroos from the jacuzzi at sunset was such a special touch. The perfect “pack up and go” getaway!
