The Honey Barn is a peaceful, beautifully designed retreat nestled in the Byron hinterland. Thoughtfully styled with earthy textures and natural finishes, the space feels both grounding and luxurious.... We especially loved the outdoor bath, perfect for soaking after a dat out. From the foggy mornings on the deck with a warm cup of tea to afternoons spent exploring nearby waterfalls, every moment felt slow, quiet, and restorative. A truly special stay.

Born in France, and living in Australia for the last 15 years. I love food, wine, contemporary art, design and of course travel... I hope you'll enjoy our home and our hinterland retreat as much as we enjoy hosting you.

Eltham Hotel

A beautifully preserved somewhat-antique hotel turned into an awesome local watering hole. We enjoyed an incredible lunch of burgers mixed with a few rounds of beer. Definitely a highlight of the area.

A Taste Of The Local Life At Common People Brewing Co

Introducing Bangalow's newest craft-beer spot, Common People Brewing Co. The brewery is owned and operated by Northern Rivers locals, who are proud to showcase everything the region has on offer with a beautifully designed and super cosy brewery. The staff were warm and welcoming and gave us great recommendations based on our personal beer preferences. They offer a core range of crafty and seasonal beers plus limited edition Special Batch brews, using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. The food menu is just as impressive, so go with an empty stomach!
