Additional Information
This gem is one of the larger style tiny homes. It is a generous split level, Upstairs has a lovely, comfortable queen size bed with storage for your belongings. Downstairs has a bunk bedroom with a view of the garden and fire pit area. There is a full bathroom with all amenities including a shower, composting toilet and basin.
A large lounge area has a cosy fireplace and inbuilt couch with a full kitchen with fridge, microwave and gas cooktop as well as an oven. If you require any extra equipment to cook, we are happy to provide them.
Downstairs has amazing views of Murray’s run and the surrounding bushland. There is a lot of wildlife if you look closely, even a stray wallaby.
There is, as promised a private spa bath built into the deck with a view of the surrounding bushland and peek-a-boo views of Murray’s run.
An outdoor fire pit is also provided as well as an outdoor sofa bed and outdoor picnic table.
Naked Hammocks (with mosquito netting) and blankets are provided for your leisure.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the tiny home and the cleared area to the side and in front of the tiny home.
The tiny home shares the same property as the main house and you can see the house as you arrive.
We ask that you respect our privacy, however, we are happy to give you a tour of the property and cuddle the chickens.
Other things to note
We live in a bushfire zone, your stay may be cancelled if the property is at threat of a bushfire and we will give you as much notice as we can but please note, that we are only able to advise you as we receive notice from the bushfire and emergency alerts.
Bushfire ratings will also affect the guest's use of the outside fire pit.
Please know that Bucketty is also in a storm belt and we may lose power.
We will provide you with a generator should this occur during your stay.

Here are some details about the adventures nearby. Refer to the map for their location.
Great Northern Trading Post Gntp
A spot to pick up all your essentials including food, wine, coffee and dessert. We also had dinner on our first night by the fire out the back, and breakfast on the deck in the sun before heading off on our last day. The staff were friendly and the warm comfort food was scrumptious.
Orange Picking And Breakfast
East Coast orange orchard offers fruit picking (and best of all, it’s pet friendly!). It also has an on-site cafe - we enjoyed bacon and egg rolls at the tables between the rows of trees.
Finchley Lookout
We drove up a long and windy road to get to the Finchley lookout from where you can see Mount Yengo, and nearby there is an easy Finchley cultural walk with informative signs along the way giving insight into the Aboriginal culture of the area.
Wine Tasting At The Undercliff Winery
Undercliff Winery has a friendly winemaker who told us all about his wine, his experience and some exciting events coming up.

Visit Wollombi Tavern
We enjoyed a nice cold beer with locals at the good old fashioned hospitality in the historic colonial village of Wollombi.
Wollombi Historic Village
If you're looking for a day trip, head to the historic town of Wollombi. There's no shortage of character, nor is there a lack of things to do and see. Start with breakfast at Myrtle and Stone, followed by foraging at The Forge. Then spoil yourself at Twine.
